Monthly timeline

  1. On 10th of a month we'll announce the band for the next month
  2. You can subscribe up until 20th of the previous month. If you're already a member and the next month's band isn't your cup of tea, you can easily skip the month by 20th.
  3. Your letter will be sent out by the end of the month/ beginning of the next month and we'll send you a shipping confirmation email.

What's the difference between the mini print and other artworks?

Our fine artworks require loads of work and are detailed and unique - but with our Art Mail Club, we can offer a more accessible alternative.
Small works, massive effect: every month a new sketch, illustration or mini painting, inspired by the cymatics patterns of your favourite songs. Real handwork, directly from our studio to your front door.

Monthly sign up cut-off

If you sign up before 20th of a month, you'll get your first mail in the next month. Example: You sign up on 10th November → your December-mail will be sent in the last week of November.

If you sign up after 20th of a month, you'll get your first mail in the month after the next. Example: You sign up on 21st November → your January-mail will be sent in the last week of December.

Shipping

Every postbox in Australia, Canada, Europe, New Zealand, the UK and the USA can be fed with See-mphonies Art Mail (i.e. receive mail).

Every piece of mail is sent old-school: with a post stamp. No tracking, no barcode - just post, like it was intended. This way your subscription stays affordable (and maybe a tad romantically rebellious).

Will I know in advance which band or song will be the next month's print?

Yes! We listened to your feedback and decided to announce which band or song we'll be depicting as the next print.
We'll make the announcement on the 10th of the previous month both here on this page as well as on our Instagram.

What if I'm not interested in the next band or song?

That's absolutely fine!
You can skip a month any time until the 20th of its previous month with a simple click - that way, you won't be charged anything and you won't receive anything you don't want.
When you subscribe, you'll get an e-mail with access to your customer account. Use the link in that e-mail to go to your account and skip the month - if you're having any trouble, you can also contact us at info@melissadowden-art.com

Can I choose a mini print each month?

We're not accepting individual requests at the moment - our Art Mail Club is all about the monthly surprise and the collective experience. You'll receive a new mini print every month, along with goodies that connect our community.

I've moved to a new address, will I still get my art mail?

Absolutely - as long as you tell us your new address by the 20th of the previous month!
When you subscribe to our Art Mail Club, you'll get an e-mail with access to your customer account. There, you can manage your subscription and update your info like your address (here's a guide for that).
If you're having trouble or can't find the e-mail, you can also e-mail us your new address via info@melissadowden-art.com
