Unsichtbares sichtbar machen
I'm passionate about making things visible that are otherwise invisible—inner states, music, social constructs. Both current projects/collections stem from the same motivation: to make invisible worlds tangible and to raise awareness of what often lies beneath the surface.

1. Project: See-mphonies
With See-mphonies, I explore the interplay of sound, water, and vibration. In doing so, I make music visible—as a visual translation of sound waves and emotion. This collection combines art, science, and music, creating a bridge between the audible and the visible.

2. Kollektion: Mentale Gesundheit
These works are aimed at everyone who is dealing with the topic of mental health—be it in their own life, in their social circle, or in a professional context. They are intended to be an invitation to those who believe they are alone with their mental health challenges, and at the same time, an appeal to those who still underestimate the issue. I would like to contribute to the normalization and openness of dealing with mental health.

How it all began…
Once upon a time there was little Melissa sitting on her godmother's terrace. She was so small that she can hardly remember it. Armed with a pen and paper, she set herself the challenge of painting Donald Duck. Her godmother, a painter herself, saw a certain potential and gave her a taster course in a children's studio for her next birthday, not knowing that this gesture would shape a person's entire life.
Painting has always been a constant in her life. She painted in various children's and youth studios and art schools and tried out many different things.
At this point I would like to say a big thank you to my godmother and my parents, who always supported me in what not only reflected my strengths but also my heart.
